We start with a steel rebar cage, typically #3 to #4 grade 60 bar tied to the plan, then pneumatically apply the gunite shell over it. That process lets us shape any depth, a tanning ledge, a vanishing edge, or an attached spillover spa, none of which a factory shell can match.

Our Process

We survey and lay out the shape, pull the Lee County permit, and excavate with an eye on the water table. Then comes the rebar cage, the plumbing rough-in, and the gunite shell, each with its own inspection. After the shell cures we set tile and coping, pour the bonded deck, apply the interior finish, and run the water startup so the chemistry balances before you swim.
